Sleep Paralysis

Sleep Paralysis is the state of being awake but not being able to move, speak, talk, or scream. Often people state seeing a shadowy figure holding them down as if sitting on the chest. Cases we have encountered have been attributed to a demonic spirit named “Lilith”.

Not uncommon to see other demonic spirits instead of Lilith. A case we have seen was of an American native speaking to the person (in their native language) while in sleep paralysis.
