Drug and Alcohol Addiction: Spiritual Impact

Addiction to drugs and alcohol is one of the biggest doors the devil will use to exploit an individual. Through addiction will he not only destroy the person who is addicted but will try to consume the lives surrounding the addict. Through violence, abuse, trauma the devil will wound those around the addict especially children. It is through wounds the devil will enter and torment destroying marriages, relationships friendships destroying jobs, family and eventually the addict through self destruction through health, poverty even taking their own life, accidentally or intentionally.
